This summer my friend and local Seattle chef, Becky Selengut,
released her first cookbook, Good Fish. It is a great resource for
using local sustainable fish in your kitchen and is written in a
really fun and unique way. I have a copy in my kitchen and it seems
my girls found it useful as well.
