I love cooking for my kids. I am always thinking of new, fun and healthy food for them to try. As soon as Vol. 1 of my DVD series, Chef and Father was done I had more ideas so I decided it was best to just keep things going on www.chefandfather.com

            So, when you get your copy of one of my DVD[s] in the mail,  it will include a password to an exclusive part of our website where you will find all the recipes, tips, more videos, nutritional information and much much more… wait that sounded a bit like an infomercial, sorry, but I am just excited to show everyone how much fun we have with food in my house and how easy it is to cook. I even get crazy in a section I call Superfoods where you will learn all about the most amazing things we can put in our bodies like goji berries and raw cacao.

            Here are a few samples videos of what we are doing. It is just homemade organic baby food made easy. We are not saving the world…well, maybe a little or at least trying to make these kids grow up to feel good and healthy…and isn’t that what we all want anyway.
