       Okay, I am not a fan of advertising. We know this ... and this includes myself. But with the upcoming launch of my new membership website,  I reluctantly agreed to do this commercial for a couple of very persuasive producers. Check it out >>>

       And this might come as a surprise but I am not a big fan of holidays. I have this idealist dream that we all will be eating meals together, having friends and family over, giving thanks, giving gifts and loving one another all the time….just because. But I like that holidays remind us of all this because it is too easy to forget.

       There are so many Thanksgiving recipes out there that I thought I would post a quick video of my Chicken and Dumplings as a sample of what is to come in the new membership website. While not a traditional dish, its flavors will remind you of that comforting feeling you get around the holidays. Feel free to make it anytime….just because.
